What is the dress code?
What you feel most comfortable in, and is appropriate for an outdoor wedding. Ideally, formal.
When should I RSVP for the wedding?
Please confirm your attendance (and the attendance of your guest) by February 5th, 2025.
How do I get to the wedding venue? Will transportation be provided?
We are happy to provide transportation for our international friends as per request. Please let us know if you will need one on the wedding day.
We recommend avoiding public transportation in Cairo and suggest using Uber instead.

Do I need a visa to enter Egypt?
Yes for internationals, options are:
1. Visa on Arrival: You get it at the airport when you arrive. It typically costs around $25 USD and allows a stay of up to 30 days, or
2. E-Visa: You can also apply for an e-visa online before you travel. The e-visa also costs about $25 USD and offers the same 30-day stay,
and the required documents are a passport valid for at least six months from the date of entry, along with a completed visa application (if applying online).
We recommend to check the latest requirements on the official Egyptian e-visa portal, as policies can change.
Will there be any pre-wedding plans or activities for international guests?
We are planning to organize a gathering or activity for international guests about two days before the wedding day. This should help you coordinate your flights and plan your arrival accordingly. Stay tuned for more details!
Will there be alcohol at the wedding?
It will be an alcohol-free event. We kindly ask that no outside beverages be brought.
Are there any tips on what to generally wear while in Egypt?
While visiting Egypt in April, we recommend dressing comfortably and modestly to stay cool and respect local customs. Light, breathable fabrics are ideal for the warm weather.
